Line a baking pan with foil. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Fill the bottom of the pan with saltine crackers. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan melt two sticks butter over low heat. Add one cup of brown sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for three minutes. Immediately remove from heat and pour mixture over crackers, being sure to cover completely.
Sprinkle one package (11.5 oz.) semi-chocolate chips all over the crackers. Place in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and use a spatula to spread the chips over the crackers. Sprinkle with ½ cup chopped pecans.
Refrigerate or freeze until hardened. Break apart and enjoy! It’s embarrassing how easy this recipe is!
