I have lived in Wilmington for nine years and have been part of Saint Paul’s from the days of Randy Green, interim rector.
My dear friends Herb Gant and Wade Toth were my introduction to the church and our lovely city. Herb, Wade, and I have been friends since our twenties in Washington, D.C. We have a long and treasured friendship.
As a single person, St. Paul’s has always been welcoming and inclusive. I have made many good friends here and certainly feel a part of the larger church family. Chin, my cat, and I live in a small house in the historic downtown district and escape the summer heat to our beloved Maine, where I ran an antique shop for years and lived with a long-time partner for 26 years.
My days are full of volunteering in Wilmington–at the Bellamy Mansion, Legacy Architectural Salvage, the Historic Wilmington Foundation, and Residents of Old Wilmington. I’m the guy with the bow tie on Sunday mornings.
