Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz) can cut string beans
- 1 (16 oz) can shoepeg corn
- 1 (16 oz) can green peas
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz) jar diced pimento
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Mix vegetables and pimiento. Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables and pimento. Place in refrigerator overnight or at least 5 hours. Drain before serving.
