Rev. Michael Singer Appointed as Pastoral Associate

Mar 6, 2022 | Clergy Corner

Beloved of St. Paul’s,
I am pleased to announce the appointment of The Reverend Michael Singer as part-time Pastoral Associate beginning Sunday, March 13. I have called Fr. Singer for a very specific reason; to work with me and the Pastoral Care Committee in organizing and facilitating the pastoral needs and ministries of the church. Fr. Singer will also participate in the liturgical life of the congregation and share with Catherine and I in the ministry of teaching to all ages. Fr. Singer is no stranger to St. Paul’s having served at the altar and in the pulpit on several occasions. Most recently he supplied on a couple of Sundays when both Catherine and I were out for health reasons. He is a gifted and faithful pastor, priest, and teacher and has served the Diocese in many ways throughout his ministry. Please join me in officially welcoming The Reverend Michael Singer to the Clergy of St.
Paul’s.
As I stated in The Rector’s Vision, I have been working on a creative approach to funding additional clergy and program staff to help us maintain and support our growing congregation in the areas of liturgy and music, pastoral care, community engagement, and Christian formation of all ages. This appointment completes my current vision for clergy support at St. Paul’s for the foreseeable future.
Faithfully,
Caleb+
