Rev. Canon Caleb Lee Called to St. Paul’s

May 22, 2021 | Announcements

The Reverend Canon Caleb J. Lee was called to St. Paul’s in May of 2021.  His ministry will begin on August 1, 2021.

“I am fascinated by your rich and diverse history.  In particular, I am inspired by the last decade of your common life, where it seems you have grown into something new.  I am drawn to your fine liturgy and music and look forward to building upon the solid foundation that has been laid.   Speaking of building,  I am ready to discern with you about the future of your building as well as seek new opportunities for formation of all ages and outreach to the community.”

He comes to us from Grace Church Cathedral in Charleston, SC, where he serves as Canon Precentor and is currently the President of the Standing Committee of the Diocese of South Carolina.  Before his work in South Carolina, Caleb served as a Priest Associate at St. Paul’s in Beaufort, NC.

Caleb was born and raised in The Episcopal Church, and is a graduate of Episcopal High School in Alexandria, Va, North Carolina State University, and Virginia Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Allen, have three children.

In his spare time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and children, listening to and playing music of all kinds, fishing, and cooking; all of which naturally bleed over into his full time passion: being a priest in God’s one, holy, catholic, and apostolic church.
